Yesterday we spoke about the reputation that Kreiser Construction has. Today I want to simply communicate one professional organizations that Kreiser Construction is affiliated with. I could start by listing Builders Associations but I want to highlight one important relationship that Patrick Kreiser has. It's a relationship that I personally think sets him apart from other builders. It's a relationship that I feel Patrick works hard at.
As a parent, we are always ensuring that our children, all four of them, select friends who encourage them, help them, build them up, and are an all round good influence. We know that the end result will be that our kids will be solid relationally and socially--able to stand up to the negative influences around them and with that a good reputation. Hang with the wrong crowd and you are definitely going to see negative results.
I recently read a blog from Walt Mueller, a youth culture expert living in Elizabethtown, who decided that he would ride 50 miles on his bicycle to celebrate his 50th birthday. By mid-day, Walt was in a Hershey hospital with multiple broken ribs, a punctured lung and a broken collarbone to name a few of his injuries. I debated whether to even write this tip due to the fact that it seemed irrelevant considering the fact that if you found yourself on this website you were probably in the new home buying market rather than purchasing a pre-owned home.
Next in the list of "Four things New Home Owners should do right away" is make sure you have enough insurance. I don't know about you but I feel like I am "insuranced-out" if you know what I mean. There's life insurance, mortgage insurance (like we talked about the other day), there's auto insurance, health insurance and . . . well, you can fill in the blank.
You’ve gotten through shopping for a home, the closing process, and even unpacking your boxes. But it’s not time to put your feet up and relax just yet! There are a few more things you should do shortly after moving into your new Kreiser Construction home to make sure you and your family will have a safe and healthy place to build lifelong memories in.
