Here's a really good question I recently stubmled upon in a newspaper ad. What's the last box you should pack when moving? This tip will help you eliminate some moving chaos.
We've all done it as we've approached moving day. We've packed something we need. Rather than blame your spouse for their "stupidity", take ownership of your next move by preparing. How can you do this? Follow this simple step and you will be heading in the right direction for easing some of the chaos during your next move:
- Label a Box marked "First Night" - This could include a special item one of your children needs such as a blanket, toy. It could also include blankets, dishes, changes of clothing as well as toiletries.
- Make sure that the box is placed in the right room when unpacked by the movers. The other option is to simply move this box yourself.
If this is not the last box to pack? What do you think is?
