History on Kreiser Construction

Builder Bio

In March of 1988, as a young man in his mid twenties with 3 young children, Patrick Kreiser, born and reared in Lebanon County, Pennsylvania,  did what most individuals would never dream of doing.  Leaving a stable management position in construction, he began Kreiser Construction, Inc. on a mere $31,000 line of credit.  With the initial backing and support of local business people, Patrick closed out his first year with 20 completed homes and began his excellent reputation as a builder of quality homes coupled with excellent service at affordable prices.

Partnering with 2 other individuals for the completion of the next 2 developments, Kreiser Construction then came into its own and began purchasing land for development in Lancaster, Lebanon and Berks counties.  Growing to average approximately 100 homes per year, Kreiser Construction currently boasts 19 completed developments and employs  18  full time employees, as well as a variety of sub-contractors.

To date, Kreiser Construction, Inc. has placed thousands of satisfied customers into 1500 quality homes across Lebanon, Lancaster and Berks Counties.  Patrick’s emphasis on integrity, great service and providing quality homes at affordable prices were, and continue to be, the keys to his success.   
Not only a successful businessman, Patrick Kreiser is first and foremost  a devoted husband and loving father of 7 children.  Involved in his local church and community,  he also serves on the Lebanon County Agricultural Land Preservation Board and is a member of the National Association of Home Builders and the Pennsylvania and Lebanon County Builders Associations.
