If building a home from the ground up, you will select from one of our many floor plans which best suits your needs, desires and budget. With the help of our Marketing Team your home site (lot) selection is made with emphasis on detail.
The base lot price is included in the marketed price of the home, however, some premiums may apply depending upon lot selection and would be added to the base price of the home.
You will enjoy the next step of this process which calls for exterior, interior and cabinetry selections. There are many popular standard designs, colors and features available at our Design Center. Interior and exterior options are available for anyone wanting to upgrade or customize their new home.
All selections except floor covering are made at our Design Center. Only minutes from The Gables, your flooring selections are made at Martin’s Floor Covering. Many standard vinyl, Berber and plush samples are available. Upgrades to flooring are possible and payment would be made directly to Martin’s Floor Covering. This upgrade amount is not added to the sales price of your new home.
You are now ready to sign the Agreement of Sale. A non-refundable check payable to Kreiser Construction is required in the amount of $2,000 plus ½ of buyer’s selected options/upgrades.
