Once the buyer has made all of their selections and signed the Agreement of Sale it generally takes 90 to 120 days to settlement.

The settlement date in your Agreement of Sales is the date that your home, grading and seeding, driveway & landscaping are complete and settlement occurs.

In some cases depending on weather conditions, temperature and/or time of year your outside grading and seeding, driveway, landscaping, etc. may not be complete come time of settlement.  Your lender may require you to escrow an amount to cover the item not completed.  This amount is generally authorized to be refunded to you by your lender once weather conditions change allowing Kreiser Construction to complete the item(s).
